Lemon juice (to sprinkle on mashed avocado for flavor)
1 slice multi-grain bread (toasted)
Pumpkin seeds (topping)

Directions: Slice and mash a whole avocado. Season mashed avocado with salt, black pepper, garlic powder. Sprinkle a few drops of lemon juice on mashed avocado for flavor. On a slice of toasted multi-grain bread, spread seasoned mashed avocado. Add pumpkin seeds, sliced cherry tomatoes and feta cheese as toppings.
