Free 15 minute introduction

Not everyone has the same needs. In fact, it’s hard to find two people who benefit from the exact same approach to health! Let’s get to know each other and together we’ll build out your personalized wellness plan for you, your kids, and your whole family!

Initial Consultation

One-on-one session tailored towards your specific health needs. We set goals together to help you obtain optimal health. The session may include an evaluation of blood work, previous medical history, medications, supplements, and previous dietary patterns.

Follow-Up Consultation

Continue your journey to health with a 45 minute follow-up to assess your progress towards your goals, and help you overcome obstacles you may have come across.

Advance Wellness Cooking Class

Enjoy a two hour, personalized experience of cooking with Dima. This is a great option for learning how to choose and cook with healthier food alternatives customized for your specific needs. My cooking class is designed to range from basic cooking to creating and cooking healthy menus for special dietary requirements. It’s great opportunity to get expert advice and guidance for your specific health needs.

 

Group Cooking Class:

Do you have a group of friends that would love to get together for a simple “Q&A” with a dietitian on a certain topic? A cooking class can be a fun and interactive way to get your kids interested in the kitchen, fall in love with cooking, preparing easy to go meals, or maybe packing healthy meals ideas for you and your children?

We meet for two hours with a class requiring a minimum of 6 people, ages 8 – 18. Classes can be based on the needs of your group, for example easy to prepare breakfasts, snacks, and creating healthy and delicious smoothies.

 

Meal Plans

Reach your goals with a customized meal plan.

Meal plans includes a shopping list and recipes customized to your unique caloric and protein needs.

 

Teenager Group Cooking Class:

We meet for two hours with a class requiring a minimum of 6 people, ages 8 – 18. Classes can be based on the needs of your group, for example easy to prepare breakfasts, snacks, and creating healthy and delicious smoothies.
